The Villa

The suites are located in one of the most privileged areas of Preveza, just 3 minutes from the city center and 1 minute from the beach.

Each suite has one bedroom with a double bed, while in the living room there is also a sofa-bed.
The living room is in one room with the kitchen and the dining room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, electric stove, refrigerator, filter coffee and espresso machines and everything else you will need.

The “L” suite has balconies and the “R” suite has a yard, where you can relax drinking your coffee or enjoy your meal, surrounded by the eucalyptus forest.

The beach of Kiani Aktis is a breath away from the apartment and there you can either choose a beach bar to take a bath or choose a place of your choice in the small bays of the beach.
