The Villas

The villa is located just on the sundy beach of Mitikas only 10 meters distance from the garden, the water is shallow ideal for children and families.

The house is built in 3 levels:
Semibasement with independent entry (2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 big sofa, fully equiped kitchen and bathroom)

Ground floor with independent entry (main living room and dining area with direct access to the big terrace and the garden, 1 double bedroom with two single beds, bathroom, kitchen, BBQ)

1st floor with inside stairs connection (1 double bedroom with double bed includes a bathroom, 1 double bedroom with 2 single beds and a second bathroom)

On the garden there are also play area for children and outdoor furniture.
