In the city center of Preveza, a fourstorey building with attic and ground floor is being constructed. The whole building is intended for rooms to let. Each floor has two apartments.

On the ground floor there are two apartments of 30 sq.m., on the first and third floor there are two apartments of 65 sq.m. On the second floor, there are two apartments of 65 sq.m. with a loft of 30 sq.m. and finally on the fourth floor there are two penthouses of 30 sq.m.
