In many of the properties there will be some local information, such as restaurants, events and activities, etc. along with our company’s contact phones and for local emergency assistance, such as a doctor, dentist, etc.
What is included in the price of your villa?
Exclusive use of villa accommodation as described in your confirmation/invoice.
Some accommodation includes a free welcoming package.
Linen and most towels (unless otherwise mentioned).
Initial supply of cleaning materials (unless otherwise mentioned).
Insects and Pets
Insects are inevitable and attracted to the pools and at certain moments you may encounter some problems, especially with mosquitoes and ants. We would recommend that you have a mosquito repellent with you. To avoid unwanted insects, keep all food covered and all garbage away. You may also meet a stray dog or cat, and if your villa is near a farm, you may hear the morning call from the local rooster.
Pets are not allowed in all properties. Upon consultation with the company may require additional safety/wear charge.
What should I know for the weather and utility services?
In the Western world we consider the provision of our public services, but sometimes you may face some interruption of the supply (electricity – water – internet), which could be caused by a severe weather or maintenance projects. Lack of water could also occur during peak times or with intense movement. Water from the tap is considered safe.
What about arrival and departure?
Some properties have a specific day of arrival and departure and few stays, which can be 5 nights and above, especially during the period with intense movement, contact our service team for more information. Check-in and check-out hours may differ between accommodation, but they will appear in the initial booking confirmation. Check-in will be from 17:00 and check-out before 11:00. The final check-in and check-out hours will be disclosed to your final travel documents. Request for check-in early or later check-out may be requested and will be subject to final confirmation with the company, as it will depend on arrival and departure other visitors for change during the days, so it may not be confirmed up close to the trip date. We recommend that you let us know about your requirements at the start of your question, this may entail an additional charge.
If your arrival is delayed for any reason, you should notify us on the contact phone referring to the final travel documents, which are sent as soon as the reservation is made.
For those people who are willing to drive on their own, where necessary, the instructions to the villa you have chosen will be given with your final travel documentation.
What if I have special requests?
Each villa is different from the next and so we ask that if you have any specific needs you let us know at the time of your enquiry so we can offer you the most suitable and available property. The various designs and locations of some villas we offer, may lack in the simplest of facilities for the less able guest, such as wheel chair ramps and wide door access, we will always try to offer what we feel is the most suitable villa based on the information provided by you or we will advise you if we feel we are unable to accommodate your request at this time. Let us know what special requirements and requests you have, and we will do all we can to make the necessary arrangements and advise you if there are any additional charges that you would need to pay.

What should I know about my stay?
The only people eligible to stay in the villa are those listed on the booking details and the number of guests should not exceed the stated maximum occupancy for the villa unless by prior arrangement and agreement. Our booking conditions outline the terms under which we operate, they advise you of both your obligations and also ours to you. Please ensure you read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.
The principle guest who completes the booking information on line, must be 18 or over and one of the travelling party. Once the booking form information is completed this certifies that he/she is authorised to agree to our Terms & Conditions and acts on behalf of all persons included on the Booking Form. Including any additional guests added at a later date.
Any specific requests should be made at the time of booking, such as cots, highchairs; car-hire etc, therefore avoiding any disappointment during busy and peak seasons, all applicable charges will be advised at the time.
There are some properties that rely on solar heating for their water supply and on occasions when there is insufficient sunlight this may cause a delay in the heating of water. Several properties have age restrictions for children, due to their suitability for younger guests, and these restrictions will be shown on the individual villa descriptions within the site, or advised at the time of your enquiry.
