Villa Serena is the best choice for those who need to relax in a calm enviroment in the nature. The place is pretty close to the sea, but also near the center of Preveza city.

It has 2 levels. On the ground floor you will find a double living room with a dining area, a fully equiped kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a two spacious verandas. Upstairs, on the first floor there are 3 more double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 spacious balconies. All 4 bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning.
