It is spread over two floors with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a really spacious living room with a modern and fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find three additional bedrooms with two additional bathrooms. Enjoy the garden with the barbecue area or just walk to the private beach that offers a view of the city of Preveza.

The semi-basement is another independent apartment, separated from the rest of the villa by a different door used by the owner.
